This third floor loft apartment is walking distance from Historic Old Bennington and the downtown proper. Enjoy local shops and restaurants. Located a few minutes from the highway, giving you access to any number of ski slopes. This space offers high vaulted ceilings, sky lights and modern furnishings. A large bay window sitting area for plenty of natural light and a private balcony with views of Mount Anthony and the Monument. This renovated attic apartment is located on the third floor of a multi unit apartment building. The unit is above the fray with views of the Bennington Monument and Mount Anthony.

The place is wonderful! I stayed for almost a week and to have a little loft apartment to myself was great. I was in Bennington for a charged week-long bird-carving seminar and I was even disappointed that I didn't get to spend more time at the loft. It's warm, modernized and very inviting, has all aspects that make it feel like a home-away-from-home. Little issues I had trouble with, such as connecting the tv to the network and an AC-maintenance requirement were immediately and effectively addressed by the host. I would love to stay there every year upon my return to Bennington, VT.

The place is thoughtfully and elegantly appointed. The host was attentive. It completely suited my needs. It was so cute that I wished I had brought a friend. Fun enough to share. The little deck is a delight.

We had a relaxing time and the loft was perfect for a base to explore the area! There is a theater in town and another in Troy, NY which was only 45 minutes away. Be sure to check out Madison Brewery and Pearl’s in Bennington. There is also a good brewery in nearby Hoosick Falls called Brown’s Breeding - excellent beer and food! Chris checked in with us for the first two days to make sure everything was OK. We would definitely recommend staying in his place!
