Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
The main living area flows naturally between the family room and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to move between cooking, dining, and lounging. A smart TV and ceiling fan keep the space comfortable, and direct pool access means the line between indoors and outdoors disappears. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full group meal, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need. A dining table brings everyone together, and breakfast is provided to start your mornings without the fuss.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The king master suite has its own en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct pool access - a quiet retreat at the end of a full day. A second bedroom offers a king bed, a third features a queen, and the Harry Potter themed room is set up with 2 twin beds. Every bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan.

Game room & entertainment
The converted garage is now a fully air-conditioned game room stocked with arcade games, a pool table, a foosball table, board games, life size games, and exercise equipment. It's the kind of space that keeps everyone entertained without needing to leave the house.

Family-friendly features
Families with young children will find everything they need - a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground. Babysitter recommendations are also available on request.

Outdoor living
The private backyard centres on an oversized inground pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture surrounding it. An outdoor dining area and BBQ grill make al fresco meals an easy option. Bikes are available for exploring the area, and guests can also access a nearby lake via a path or dock. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Free parking is included on the premises and on the street.

Practical comforts
A washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and all bathroom essentials keep daily life running smoothly. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans are available throughout. The home has a dedicated workspace and wifi, making it easy to stay connected if needed. Self check-in is via smart lock. Two exterior security cameras are present - one at the front and one at the back - and neither faces the interior of the home. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all provided.

Getting around
Resort access to nearby facilities is included, and a laundromat is close by. The home's Orlando Area location puts you within easy reach of the theme parks and everything the region has to offer. Long-term stays are welcome, and housekeeping is available at an extra cost.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
