Yes, it is SPRAWLING- appreciated the size, cleanliness, and well-appointed rental. We have been to NYC many times (theatre educators), and this time we decided to stay outside of Manhattan. Transportation by Uber was easy in the area, though it can take longer than you might think at times. The air conditioning went out. It was very hot & humid, so it was necessary for our comfort. Owner was responsive, though we wasted several hours back & forth with him thinking we were in a different unit that we were and telling us about equipment that was no - existent. We did end up trying to sleep with it broken one night. The people we had interactions with with his *on the ground* team were great- nice people who seemed to care absolutely it getting it working again. This was a very well-appointed rental. Everything we needed was available (the only thing we wanted for was a box of tissues). Would stay again!

The stay was amazing. Super easy access. Huge space. We went for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. Very accommodating and near alot of good food. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Loved Mott Haven in the Bronx. Easy access to the subway, shops etc. Just outside our door was a fantastic bistro, bar, liquor store. We were set! Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations.
