Location was great, so much walking distance for a tourist. Bed wasn’t great in one room, pillows could use more to compensate, all in all it was great for the price and for what you need. They provided towels, hand soap, dish soap and utensils to cook with. Again one bed wasn’t the most comfortable, the noise you hear from the trash collector is a lot in the morning among other noises from the door slam and or the buzzer from the door but again for the price it’s a trade off

Great spot. Nearby store and restaurants were very good for all needs. Just one small suggestion, clean overhead vent in hall bathroom.Very comfortable great space for 4; individual space was very nice. Overall in very good shape -clean and comfortable. Would stay again

While this unit was good for a big group, it was NOT well appointed. Even a hotel room has coffee for a first day. Coffee was a Kurig with not 1 pod. There was an extension cord from the microwave on top of the fridge going across the sink to the pug on the other side. Why not just plug in the microwave on the shelving on the side, that had a plug? There was no wifi password, no directions on how to use the TV, no lists of local restaurants or directions to the subways, which were very close by. The unit is at the entrance to the building itself. The buzz in of all the tenants in the building was so loud that you cant stay in the front bedroom because of the sound. The windows are paper thin so you hear every noise from the street. There is a door in the living room that goes to another unit? Those tenants were also loud. Why not just dry wall up that door so there is no sound? Liked the 4 rooms, but the common area was small. Desks in the bedrooms(why?) but no drawers to put your stuff away. No outside light, so walking home from the subway made unit hard to see and scary. Lobby was old and ratty, and had mail and papers all over the floor. Bad 1st impression. Overall, owner could put a little effort into the unit and surroundings, fix some basic issues, cater to older renters who like the comforts of home (matching towels, nicer beddings and pillows, and this could be a nice place to stay.
