At approximately 646 square feet, Suite 401 includes two queen bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two sofas that can each accommodate one guest, and a twin air mattress available with advance notice for the eighth guest. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV for guests’ streaming accounts and independently controlled heating and air conditioning. The suite includes one full kitchen, one bathroom with shower only, complimentary Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, and a dedicated iron and ironing board. There is no dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washer, dryer, laundry service, or daily housekeeping. IMPORTANT ACCESS: approximately 8 outdoor steps, 17 interior steps to the 301–303 level, and another 17 private steps inside the suite entrance are required—about 42 steps total. There is no elevator. The shared backyard is available 8:00 AM–10:00 PM and requires approximately 48 interior steps from the suite. Unique self-check-in keypad information is sent after verification. Check-in after 3:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM, two-night minimum, quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No parties, smoking, vaping, or pets except trained service animals. No on-site parking. Exterior and shared-area cameras record video only; no cameras are inside the suite. Smoke/CO detectors are in every room, the building is fully sprinklered, and extinguishers and first-aid supplies are in shared hallways. The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
Check-in after 3:00 PM; checkout by 11:00 AM. Primary guest must be 21 or older, complete verification, and stay at the property. Registered guests only; visitors require advance approval. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals. Shared backyard hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.
