super Lage und guter Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften

Kontakt zum Gastgeber war toll, haben alle nötigen Informationen sehr rasch erhalten. Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet, Lage mit wenigen Minuten zur U-Bahn war perfekt!

das Haus ist schon recht alt und wir hatten recht viel Gepäck über die engen Stufen zu schleppen

Valeu a pena

O gerente do local foi muito simpático e manteve o banheiro muito limpo sempre, mesmo sendo dividido com outras pessoas. Pelo preço, foi um achado pq conseguimos ficar na ilha de Manhattan, mesmo que mais afastados do centro e o metrô não estava muito longe dali.

A região é um pouco vazia e bem residencial tarde da noite, após passear pelos outros pontos. Por não ser um hotel, faltam algumas facilidades que as grandes redes oferecem, mas no geral a experiência foi positiva. E dependendo do seu quarto, vc precisa subir alguns lances de escada com sua mala até o quarto.

Nicely decorated. Comfy. Clean. Quiet.

Check in process, getting codes and info was not smooth. Getting codes and unit info was delayed. Had requested 3-4pm check in and didn't get codes until 5pm. Voice-mail full on contact phone. Unnecessary stress. Shower. Needs regrouting, some mold. Despite these, I would stay there again. Hopefully next time will be smoother.

Just coziness in room, nothing more special

Shared bathroom, small room size, no lfit/elevator..need to carry all heavy luggage all the way to 3rd floor with no help

This was a horrible experience. Supposed to stay two nights but I left after the first night!! Owner never responds!!

Nothing. Very disappointing.

The description is totally wrong misleading to believe they are offering the entire studio which has private bathroom in it. Manikins at the entrances are spooky. The stairs are old and floors are all squeaky.

Wouldn't book again

Location close to subway, pubs, restaurants supermarket and park. Bathroom was very clean.

Described as complete 1 bedroom apartment and no mention of having to share bathroom which I thought was totally unacceptable. I would NEVER have booked it had it been transparent/ clear on the booking site. Would have cost me half the price in a single bed hostel with a shared bathroom

Great stay for me and my daughter. Excellent location. Fair price.

The host was very pleasant and all went well.

I should have requested a bottom floor. My fault. Third floor was too many steps for my mobility issue.

It was clean It wasn’t expensive

The door code we were sent over a week ago did not work. The code has been changed and we were not notified What was that thing in the shower? Tried to ignore it, but it was right in the middle of the shower.

It was very clean and the owners were very nice, attentive and helpful.

Good value and location.It has bus and subway by walking distance that take you anywhere around NY.

I felt unsecure and misled.

The place did not feel secure. Open and shared restroom that was not secure.

I’ll avoid this place every time. rather pay for a hotel 🏨

I didn’t like the smell 👃 of cigarettes 🚬 . all through the night while sleeping.

great room, staff were super nice, great location

shared bathroom. the bathroom door did not seem very private and the sink had no plumbing attached to it.

Location was great for the money. Was even able to find street parking - super big bonus!!

I didn't realize it was a shared-bathroom. The bathroom was fine. I just wish we had had a private bath. No biggie, though.
