No washer, dryer, laundry service, or daily housekeeping. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No parties, smoking, vaping, or pets except trained service animals. Shared and exterior cameras record video only; there are no cameras inside private accommodations. Smoke/CO detectors are in every room, the building is fully sprinklered, and extinguishers and first-aid supplies are in shared hallways. The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
