THE SPACE
Room 101 is best suited to two guests and accommodates up to three. The king bed sleeps two, and a twin air mattress with bedding can be provided for the third registered guest with advance notice. The reclining sofa is seating only and is not advertised as a bed.

The private ensuite bathroom has a shower; there is no bathtub. Additional comforts include complimentary Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, clothing storage, linens, towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries. The Smart TV is ready for guests to use with their own streaming accounts. The independently controlled mini-split system provides heating and air conditioning by remote.

GUEST ACCESS

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. A two-night minimum applies. The primary guest must be at least 21, complete verification, and stay at the property.
