THE SPACE
At approximately 646 square feet, Suite 401 includes two queen bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two sofas that can each accommodate one guest, and a twin air mattress available with advance notice for the eighth guest.

Each bedroom has its own Smart TV for guests` streaming accounts and independently controlled heating and air conditioning. The suite includes one full kitchen, one bathroom with shower only, complimentary Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, and a dedicated iron and ironing board. There is no dishwasher, kettle, or toaster.

GUEST ACCESS
Unique self-check-in keypad information is sent after verification. The shared backyard is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY DISCLOSURE: Approximately 8 outdoor steps, 17 interior steps to the 301–303 level, and another 17 private steps inside the suite entrance are required, about 42 steps in total. There is no elevator. The backyard requires approximately 48 interior steps from the suite.

LOCATION
The Serene is centrally located in Harlem. The exact street address is provided only to confirmed guests. The 125th Street A/B/C/D subway station is approximately 0.3 mile away, with convenient express service toward Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Herald Square, and Times Square.

There is no on-site parking. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed.

HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. A two-night minimum applies. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals.

For security, exterior and shared-area cameras record video only. There are no cameras inside the suite. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors are installed in every room, the building is fully sprinklered, and fire extinguishers and first-aid supplies are located in shared hallways.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
There is no washer, dryer, laundry service, or daily housekeeping.

The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
