About this apartment rental
Come stay in this recently renovated, very comfortable space situated in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Brooks Estate woods, just outside of Boston.
The house itself is a historical gothic cottage built in 1856 and is the 2nd oldest home in the area.
The space is within a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. The bedroom is soundproofed so it is very quiet.
There's a large room with a queen-size bed, dresser, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, coffee/tea bar, and bay windows that let in a ton of light. (There is no full kitchen)
Other things to note
FYI The WiFi has been completely replaced with a new mesh network and the overall home bandwidth has been doubled as of 11/1/2023. The internet has been flawless since!

The property is quite and has a safe feel to it. The host was helpful navigating the area and had great recommendations for dining.

I wish I could give 6 stars for ease of communication. The room was very clean. It had all the necessary amenities you could ask for. And March was great to work with before, during, and after our stay.
