Positives: Spacious, nice bed, nice bathroom. Clean, nice wood floors. Quality washing machine. Ok Storage. Clean refrigerator. Secure nice building. Strong door with great locks. One of the best neighborhood in Paris. Great location.Small Negatives: Long response time if there is a problem. The washing machine was not working, but I got instructions on what to do only in 2 days. I would suggest to change a table cover for the kitchen table for each guest. Certainly needs to be changed. The towel warmer bars in the bathroom are peeling and very dusty. Not sure if it is usable.It is first French floor, not a lot of sun.
