About this house rental
The family-friendly Kolauerhof vacation farm offers detached vacation homes and apartments in Swedish or bakery-style architecture on its lush, expansive grounds. Children in particular can really let off steam in the huge, park-like garden with its mature trees and large playground.
In the 90-square-meter Swedish-style house, guests enjoy modern comforts with a private terrace and single-level access to the garden. It features 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children’s room with a bunk bed and a single bed. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate guest restroom round out the amenities. All vacationers who choose this vacation home are provided with their own Swedish-style retreat, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The living room also offers modern comforts, including satellite TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a Swedish wood-burning stove. When the weather is nice, a large wooden deck with comfortable patio furniture and a barbecue grill beckons.
If the weather happens to be bad, you won’t get bored in the over 400-square-meter play barn. Spanning two levels, it features a ball pit, foosball table, ping-pong table, trampoline, bouncy castle, bowling alley, pool table, and much more.
Our pool is heated from April through the end of October and is fenced in.
Free pony rides are usually offered to children three times a week, weather permitting.
