About this house rental
This quaint Cape Cod style beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, chefs kitchen, beautiful backyard with salt water pool/spa (heating for an additional fee), outdoor dining area that seats 8, outdoor shower, master suite with private sun deck and expansive ocean views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail and watch the dolphins and whales. Sleep with your windows open and hear the crashing waves at nights. Bright and airy rooms with ultra comfy beds and super soft sheets. Lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool, and outdoor sofa and chairs on the front deck.
Chefs kitchen features six-burner gas stove, double ovens, microwave drawer, sub-zero fridge. Stocked with lots of pots, pans, utensils, tableware, etc. Weber BBQ in the backyard for grilling.
Indoor amenities include large flat screen TV’s in every room with streaming cable service. Sonos speakers throughout the house. WiFi service is excellent and there are two workspaces (one in the living room and one in Bedroom 2) with adjustable desks, comfortable desk chairs and a printer/copier/scanner.
Safe neighborhood on a quiet private street within a couple minute walk to either Tablerock or West Street beach stairs. Just a short stroll to several restaurants, bars and a convenience store. On the ocean side of PCH.

This is the perfect spot for a family beach vacation.
There is a small studio/granny unit above the garage that accommodates up to two guests that may be rented out to another guest during your stay. It has a separate entrance and the guests do not have access to the main house or the backyard and are required to park on the street. If you’d like a quote to also rent this guest suite for your stay, please let us know and we will provide one.

My boyfriend and I loved our little home for the week. The accommodations are clean, cozy and pleasantly spacious. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. The balcony has comfortable chairs with the beautiful sound of the ocean. We had a minor issue with some hot water that the owners fixed immediately upon hearing of the problem. I would highly recommended this to any single person or couple. We can't wait to go back.

This cabana was perfect! It is tucked on a quaint little street with views of the ocean. With the windows open we got the perfect breeze and fell asleep to the crashing of the waves! The cabana was clean and had all we needed for the stay, surprisingly it was a little larger than the images portray. Easy access to the trolly to down town shopping sight seeing. Janel was so easy and accommodating to work with, I will be booking again for a little longer stay next time.
