It was just a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived till when we left. Our room was exceptional. Spotlessly clean and we had the best nights sleep! Leona ( I think that was her name!) was so friendly and helpful when we arrived.

We very much enjoyed the Cashel Pallace. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed dining in the Buttery

On arrival we were advised to go to the terrace for lunch but were refused lunch as it was 3.30pm. The conceirge Michael rescued the situation, sorted lunch and provided us with a complimentary drink. Excellent service and great management to sort the situation!!

The lobby

Breakfasts service was very poor. The standard of food was disappointing. We had to wait 40 minutes for a fry and French toast .disappointed
