Great location, nice neighbourhood near to Alameda and not far from the main shopping/cathedral area. Clean and comfortable apartment.
Well equipped kitchen. Added bonus of washing machine. The apartment has a lift.
Had to use Intercom 24/7 to gain access to building and somebody buzzed us in. Not a big issue but I’d prefer to use a key and let myself in. The bathroom is not the most private - it would suit couples.

El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y ha sido un imprescindible para pasar una ola de calor en Sevilla. La piscina, aunque es pequeña, es suficiente para refrescarse y estaba limpia. Para verano es un acierto. Muy limpio y bien decorado.
El sofá es bastante incómodo, al igual que las almohadas y el tema de las luces parece un scape room, saber qué interruptor apaga qué luz es complicado.

Wat een prachtige loft. Het is een grote open ruimte die verdeeld is in slaap, zit, badkamer en keuken.
Het is superdicht bij twee pleinen waar je kunt genieten van eten, drinken en mensen kijken.
Het appartement is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het badje is koud en behoorlijk chloorrijk. Nu nog te koud maar op warmere dagen perfect. Het terras is heerlijk.
De host reageert snel. Appartement met codes bereikbaar dus geen gedoe met een sleutel.
Het is s avonds en s nachts heerlijk stil en dat in een drukke stad.
Zeer vriendelijke dame kwam langa om nog iets te fiksen dus alerte mensen.
Als aanbeveling: een briefje of qr waar je evt. Vuilnis kunt laten. Dat het bad iedere dag gaat reinigen en je dus niet schrikt! Extra kussen voor het bed.
