The Host
was so helpful on getting to the apartment and also supplied very useful information for 1st time travelers to Nice. Christophe met us by the apartment and showed us everything we need to know. The accommodation was excellent and clean. You could not want a better location as it is close to everything in walking distance (grocery store, exchange, bus or train station, Massena square and endless restaurants and bars). Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The location is great, right in the center of the historic area. It has everything you need: fully stocked kitchen. The shower and bathroom are good. Great hair dryer. Both beds are comfy. One room is a larger bed, one is a smaller bed, but both comfy. Good fans and AC. Closing the shutters at night keeps it quiet.
Little bit of street noise at times, but with the shutters closed, fans on, you’re good.

We loved the location. It’s on a busy pedestrian street but the windows have a high STC rating so it’s pretty quiet. Air conditioning was SO nice! The balcony was delightful for people watching and wine and baguettes. It’s walkable to most everywhere. They have all the beach equipment needed and we went to different beaches every day. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. It is on a loud street but as long as the windows are closed and you have white noise there is no problem.
The property is conveniently located and has almost everything you need.
My only suggestion would be to have an additional blanket and pillow or two.
