Great location, a few steps from the metro and St Peter's Basilica. Lots of really nice restaurants nearby as well as some good bars.
Room was spacious and very clean, with daily housekeeping.
We had to book our last night separately due to a change of schedule and the staff was accommodating, letting us remain in the same room. Staff was also very responsive and helpful when making these arrangements prior to arriving.
Check in needed a few extra steps due to the nature of the accommodation, but it was all easy enough and we got into the building and room without any issues.

The room was clean and overall a good place to stay, with a great location and good value for money.
Check-in was a little complicated, and adding a mirror and a kettle to the room would make the stay even more comfortable.
