Die Lage ist optimal. Direkt am Meer und Strand, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Parkplatz in Nähe. Schöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Großes Bad. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Ausstattung ist veraltet. Keine Sitzecke Kein Kleiderschrank. Nur 1 Stuhl im Zimmer. . Terrassentür undicht. Nach dem Regen, war der Boden des Zimmer nass. (Hilfe kam.sofort). Aber das Problem müsste generell beseitigt werden. Steckdosen zum Teil aus der Wand heraus gerissen. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab. (Überschwemmungen waren die Folge). Das Zimmer ist groß und die Lage sehr gut. Aber es müsste dringend neu investiert werden. Sitzgelegenheiten/Schrank/ggf. Geschirr. Alles sehr veraltet und zum Teil defekt. Frühstück wäre optimal.

Location space building

The property and Karolina exceeded all of my expectations. The location was perfect, the views were amazing. The sea breeze was to die for, we didn’t even need the AC. Awesome bathroom and comfortable bed. Already making plans to stay again.

While the experience is quite simple and minimal — more of a well-kept room than a full-service guesthouse — it delivers on the basics. Just a note for future guests: some rooms come with private but not en-suite bathrooms, and there aren’t any additional amenities on-site.
