The location allows for spectacular scenery.
The room and premises were extremely clean and bed was comfortable.
The rooms were quite small.
The shuttle service to and from the hotel could also use some improvement. Each shuttle has a maximum capacity of eight people, and while the drivers do their best to keep the shuttles running frequently so that no one is left behind, the limited capacity can create frustrating situations. We witnessed a few awkward moments when guests became upset with one another over who had arrived first and who should board the shuttle. A queue management system needs to be established. We often chose to walk the steep winding path to and from the hotel to avoid these situations and to make our restaurant reservation’s and train bookings on time.
