The host was great, he was really friendly and helpful! There was a beer in the fridge for us which was a nice touch. Bed was comfy and the shower was good. Really good location - enjoyed our stay!

The owner/manager was very nice. The bed was VERY comfortable.
I'm sorry to share the following comments as the owner/manager is very nice, but I want to be honest about our specific room. The air conditioning wasn't effective, as it's not in the bedroom. There were 2 fans in the room when we arrived so it seems to be known that the a/c isn't effective. The fans helped, but having 2 fans and the a/c running all night made it rather loud. The room had a terrible view - it looked out over an ugly roof and we got very little sunlight. The online photos were deceiving, as the room was more rustic/worn than what we saw online. We were very disappointed with the room we were placed in. It wasn't what we selected. The owner explained that he changed our room, but I don't remember why he did. Anyway, it was very disappointing for what we paid. Based on other people's reviews, I'm guessing the other rooms might be lovely.
