If you plan to visit Cinque Terre, you should put Piccolo Principe Affittacamere at the very top of places to stay

The nicest room we stayed in during our two weeks traveling around Italy. The room was amazing, clean, exceptionally appointed and so convenient. Lorenzo is an amazing host. You must try the restaurant, Ristorante Ciak, located on the first level. Fresh and delicious local seafood. We had the seafood stew and it was fantastic. More than enough for two.

Perfect!!

Perfect location . Excellent room. Very clean. Had everything we needed! Lovely young lady and her daughter showed us to our room. So sweet! Just perfect!

Great central location in the heart of town

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and over all it was perfect! However, due to its central position, the noise level was quite high throughout the day. The room we stayed in faced a bustling street, and the noise from outside could be heard from 6:00 AM until midnight. Despite this drawback, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable, and there were several outstanding aspects worth mentioning. One of the highlights of the hotel was the room itself. It was spacious, providing ample space to move around comfortably. Additionally, the room boasted a beautiful view, which added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance. Waking up to such a view was certainly a delightful way to start each day. Moreover, the beds in the room were incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring the city, it was a relief to sink into a cozy bed and enjoy a restful night's sleep. The hotel clearly prioritized guest comfort, and it made a significant difference in the overall experience. Another noteworthy aspect was the shower room. It was well-appointed and stocked with high-quality soaps, shampoos, and other amenities. The attention to detail in providing guests with premium bathroom products contributed to a luxurious and pampering stay. It's always a pleasure to have access to such thoughtful amenities that enhance the overall experience. While the noise from the street was a downside of the hotel's central location, it's important to note that this is often an unavoidable aspect of staying in the heart of a vibrant city. However, for those who are particularly sensitive to noise, it may be worth considering alternative accommodations. Nevertheless, the positive aspects of the hotel far outweighed the noise issue for me.

When I requested quiet room at booking, I wish we were told that it wouldn't be possible because of the busy location of the hotel. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Amazingly well equipped space - truly recommend

Extremely well equipped room with superb location. Very spacious, nice bathroom, comfortable bed.

It was a bit noisy, but probably there is no quiet place in Monterosso :)

Amazing! I will come back again

The place is very near the beach and train station very convenient. Many facilities in the room. But the best thing for me is the television with Youtube and Netflix. Staff are very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The woman at the wine shop across the street checked us in and was so kind, then I accidentally

very clean, modern amenities, right on the Main Street.

Windowa not sound proof so a little noisy at night, but we don’t mind that too much.

The location is very central and the flat is very well kept and pretty. A useful booklet with things to do it also supplied. Very good communication with Lorenzo in the run up to our stay too. Thank you for a lovely time in Monterosso!

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, beaches and train station. Lorenzo was very helpful at providing good information about places to visit and recomendations about restaurants.

Perfect off season stay

The room was clean and charming and Lorenzo our host was very friendly and full of good recommendations.

Our room was on the first floor in the center of the city so it was quite easy for neighbors to see in the windows. It wasn’t really a problem for us though as the city was empty.
