This place is an absolute little gem in the most beautiful spot. The balcony is small but so nice to sit and watch the world go by. Our host was lovely and although the room isn't the newest it was exactly what we needed. They supplied beach towels and beach umbrellas which was a pleasant way to spend an afternoon on the beach, right in from of the accommodation. Handy to the train and plenty of restaurants nearby.

A nearby (100m) grocery provided fresh bakeries, ham, cheese, tomatos and all other tasties for breakfast, open since 8 am. We had three rooms, all with the view to the see, all on 2nd floor, and the family room was large enough for breakfast on balcony for 6 of us. Rooms, beds, host - we liked all it! We liked also the train stop by the hotel at beach, which was most convenient comparing the other Cinque Terre villages. And all the surroundings, architecture, people, nature!
The sea and beach is located just inf front of the hotel, the water was hot (21-24 C), though all the chairs and other stuff was already off from the beach, probably as the season was ending (last week in October).

The location is very convenient.
IMPORTANT: The map I downloaded from the website is WRONG! The map sent us the WRONG direction for a very long time....walking with suitcases! The image is REVERSED!! Coming from the train station and then standing on Via Fegina we should have walked north/west NOT east/south!! THE MAP AND DIRECTIONS MUST BE CHANGED BY YOU!! (See photos)
ALSO #1: Your instructions NEED TO STRESS that the check-in desk is not manned 24-hours a day....like a normal hotel. (Fortunately we arrived within the "window".)
ALSO #2: Your instructions need to indicate that the "tax" being paid upon arrival must best paid in cash . . . no credit card. (WE were lucky and has some Euros.)

The toilet cubicle has no airtight ., floor was flooded with water most of the time after showering…and the steps was really a challenge in particular while arrival late and were all exhausted and with handful of luggage’s as an elderly…🥹
