Die Lage ist prima. Über die Tram kann das Centrum schnell erreicht werden. Allerdings sollte in der Wohnung ein Schlüssel oder eine Steuerung vorhanden sein, mit der die Stahltore geöffnet werden können. Ohne diese Öffnung muss man einmal um den Block laufen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

the place was well maintained and clean the Lady Christina was on point when we have questions within minutes she replied back without any hesitation I will refer them to anybody who’s looking for peace of mind away from home when in vacation if they going to be in Rome. Further more even though our time to checking in was not up yet they allowed early access to the apartment and helping us with our luggage on arrival 👍👍👍👏 🇭🇹

It was clean and neat
Parking parking parking …. Awful!
I don’t know if owner had a say on parking spot … if so picked the wrong tight corner instead of an a more exterior spot ….. we r not use to such tiny spaces with PILLARS to add more complications

L’appartement est grand, bien aménagé et proche de la gare (on se déplace donc en tramway, en bus ou en train). On n’entend pas trop les trains, bonne isolation. Bon à savoir, les tickets de tram ou de bus servent une fois oblitérés jusqu’à une certaine heure, n’utilisez pas de second ticket, même si vous changer de moyen de transports dans cette même plage horaire.
Alessandro est disponible et fait le nécessaire rapidement s’il manque des choses ou si quelque chose ne fonctionne pas. Nous remercions son assistance (commissariat de police) pour notre désagrément dans le parking privé avec notre voiture.
Le parking est étroit, mais surtout attention chaque appartement a une place attitrée. Regardez bien les 3 vidéos envoyées par Alessandro (la 3eme étant la plus importante).
Nous nous sommes trompés de place de parking à notre arrivée le soir. Le lendemain, nous avons retrouvé notre voiture vandalisée (vitre brisée et rayures sur toute la voiture). Selon les dires de l’assureur et du loueur de voitures, ce sont des choses connues en Italie.
Pensez à prendre une assurance complémentaire pour votre voiture avec remboursement de la franchise pour éviter tout désagrément.
La douche dans la suite parentale est quelque peu étroite, mais de bonne dimension dans l’autre salle de bain.
