We liked the location. Within the walking distance, we had the train station, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and etc. We were able to cook and do the laundry in the studio. It was very quiet at night for good night's sleep, which we needed very much. The kitchen and the bathroom were very clean.

Very well organized and easy to get hold of host.
Automatic floor to ceiling blinds closed on the outside and we didn’t know how to get them back up.

The place had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great — in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, yet very close to the city center and the main station, only a few tram stops away from Hauptbahnhof. Personally, I preferred getting off at Sonneggstrasse station to avoid walking uphill.
Probably the only thing that could have been better is having a place to store the luggage before check‑in, so we wouldn’t need to use the lockers at the main station.

Over-communication with specific house instructions, pleads, reminders. Felt too invasive for such an otherwise pleasant stay.
