Property was clean with comfy beds. Excellent location.
Incredible le Marais with terrace
Considering the rental price of this apartment, there are a number of issues that need addressing. Currently I find it difficult to recommend without reservation.
The outside area is dirty and needs a coat of paint on the walls.
Wooden flooring needs renovating
and 2 old rugs seem abandoned.
Debris has not been removed from flats above.
This area attracted us to book this apartment; so this alone was very disappointing, considering the beautiful weather we had. We could not use it.
Bedroom off the kitchen has no hanging space.
Rug needs turning back before opening & closing. This is impossible as the bed is on the rug
Nowhere to hang towels to dry
Shaving mirror needs attention
Bedroom on right from front door has no toilet and no towel rail.
Nearest toilet is a distance.
Bedroom on left with bath has a drawer that needs attention
Shower has tepid water.
Bedroom off the sitting room
Water is far too hot in the shower and /or difficult to regulate.
Kitchen cupboards need attention.
There is no bread knife.
Advertised having a dishwasher - there is not and no apology given.
Cracks in numerous glass panels and ceiling glass.
2 pin plugs fall out of sockets.
The apartment generally lacks character. The uniform colour is bland and needs some art work on the walls.
Considering the charge for this apartment, a welcome pack would have been appreciated. A few bottles and coffee pods is disappointing.
