Apart from the apartment being in a quiet area and very close to the metro, the best thing about this apartment was Fabio! He is the best host we have ever experienced. He communicated well with instructions on how to navigate the metro before our arrival to the apartment and greeted us on time. There were plenty of snacks, and bottles water and wine for us in the apartment. During our 5 night stay, twice he left croissants on the doorknob, just what we needed before our busy sightseeing days! He also offered and arranged our taxi to the airport which was much appreciated. I forgot to mention that the bed is really comfortable and great hot water pressure!
You can hear the coming and going noises of the other apartment from the shared entrance hall, but this was only for a couple of minutes.

The manager Fabio is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Location is great, only a couple of mins walk to the metro. Extremely clean. A living room and a bedroom, very rare and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this places to other ppl.
One common issue for all guesthouses is that the neighbors opening/closing doors, or taking showers in the morning can create noise, which is inevitable. Maybe provide earplugs.
