Position, cleanliness, facilities, personnel.
Me and a friend booked this stay for the Puca festival. It is perfectly located near both Trim and Athboy. The house and our room were just amazing: recently renovated, perfectly clean, beds and pillows super comfortable, perfect bathroom - we literally felt at home if not better!! We had breakfast included which was lovely and with so much stuff.
The landlady Rosaleen was very patient and polite.
I cannot stress how good this stay was, so recommended, for everything. One of my best stays in Ireland: will definitely recommend it and come back for more trips. Just amazing!!
Nothing.

A generous continental breakfast was provided. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the en-suite bathroom was modern. Rose shared local knowledge for a great restaurant. Rose and her husband were wonderful hosts.
