Perfect Base Near Trastevere & Major Sights

Staying at Gianicolo Hill Apartments was the highlight of our trip to Rome. As a family of 5, we found the apartment incredibly bright, comfortable, and well-equipped for our group, making it a peaceful retreat in a quiet, picturesque spot. It's within easy walking distance of Trastevere and all the major sights. Being right by Monteverde is a huge plus—the area is packed with fantastic local osterias, bakeries, and authentic dining away from tourist crowds. Wonderful hosts made communication effortless, too. We would return in a heartbeat

Living in a bergamot garden in ancient Rome.

Inside lovely and with a garden that has bergamot trees. Wonderful for my morning tea, the scent was inspiring. Reminded me of my lemon tree in our courtyard in Mallorca. So felt like home.

Sometimes it was a bit difficult to find a taxi to bring us home. To go down with the morning breeze we enjoyed it. Evening to go up if there wasn’t a taxi tiring

The best place to stay in Rome.

The apartament was very clean, very comfortable, its location is ideal to reach most of the beautiful places in Rome. The place is very quiet, ideal for a good rest.

Apparemment agréable, très grand et propre. Quartier calme.

Appartamento in contesto tranquillo.

Consiglio vivamente.
