Super logement pour visiter Rome, très spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Emplacement parfait, à proximité de tout ! Hôte disponible, réactif et à l'écoute. Expérience au top ! Je recommande.

El departamento es amplio y está bien ubicado. Tiene un baño con bañera y ducha y una cocina pequeña como horno microondas, cafetera y vajilla. La ubicación es buena y encontramos muy buenos restaurants cerca. También había un supermercado muy cerca. Si bien es un edificio antiguo, cuenta con ascensor. Más allá de algunos problemas que tuvimos, la comunicación con el anfitrión siempre fue muy fluida.
Habíamos seleccionado el alojamiento por el aire acondicionado (estuvimos en pleno verano, con temperaturas muy altas) y el lavarropas y ninguno de los dos funcionó bien. Le reportamos ambos problemas al anfitrión pero no fue posible resolverlos durante nuestra estadía. Tuvimos que hacer uso de un servicio externo de lavandería y el anfitrió nos compensó por esto. Resolviendo estos problemas, el departamento es una muy buena opción

Large hallway/entry. Both bedrooms are very large. Kitchen had everything you would need and it was very clean-we used it for 2 light meals. Bathroom was huge (with a tub we didn't use and a good sized shower)! Washing machine is available in the bathroom, though we didn't use it. Gorgeous original floors, large windows and high ceilings make it a beautiful home away from home!
A little tricky getting into the building, but ultimately, we got in after we made a text contact with the host. No AC in the bathroom, hallway or kitchen. We were out exploring beautiful Rome, so by the time we came back in the later evening, it was cooler. There are AC splitters in the 2 bedrooms. This might not be your landing spot if you want to stay in super high temperatures during summer or you need/require strong AC; (Temps were in the low 90s during our stay). As long as you are prepared for this, then you will find this authentic Italian gem very comfortable and beautiful!

Overall the apartment was great. We needed space for our kid to be able to crawl around and the living room was perfect for that. There is everything you need in the kitchen for making some meals. The bathroom was big with a lot of space to put all you will need. There was also a big wardrobe so you can skip the part of living from a suitcase.
The location is perfect - close enough to the center, it has a lot of grocery stores around and great restaurants. Martina was pretty nice, she helped us with whatever we asked her.
The biggest minus for us was that there are stairs before the elevator and also the elevator was a bit small. But that is an issue for us as we were with a small kid with a stroller, after a year when he walks freely that won't be a problem.
It was not perfectly clean, but again seen from the perspective of a mother as my kid, of course had found every dirty spot.
There was also some broken furniture, probably from previous guests but it would've been good if that was removed before we came as my husband sat on a broken chair.
