Not good kindly refund my reservation amount

I did not stay in the property there were three people three to four men and we two husband and wife total of four men and one women to share one washroom A huge bull dog staying in the kitchen bed provided for the dog in the kitchen comes to us and I was frightened and that’s not appropriate for the dog to stay in kitchen which all theses were not mentioned when I was booking the stay and was very disappointed when we visited I asked for a refund either fully or partially it should be fully which should be but the property incharge refused My request is to refund since I did not stay they can take cancellation fee and refund remaining amount
