The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was a fully equipped guest kitchen. Eva and her husband are lovely hosts.
I had difficulty finding the bus from the center on arrival.

Property was very clean and quiet, there was full access to the kitchen etc plus two bathrooms which were both spotless all the time

right outside dublin city centre & easily accessible by bus (stop is about 3 min walk away and 30 mins out of temple bar). good chinese food nearby and a small market. host is nice. room was decently sized (in spite of awkwardly placed furniture) and bed was extremely comfy. accessible kitchenette.
very much felt like i was staying at someone’s house; i felt i was imposing a lot of times and just felt hyperaware of how loud i was being when walking up the stairs or going in to use the shared loo. the walls are thin and i could hear people coming in/out and TV in other rooms. floors are super creaky, especially when going up/down the stairs. kitchen is not the cleanest.
