This is an excellent place to stay for solo traveller as you make great friends, the volunteers are very good at organising events for the days and evenings and the surf school is very good with good instructors and it’s a great escape for a week or 2 with very good prices on activities that need payments, I will definitely go back again

Nice house located in a quiet area with a Hiperdino supermarket - Canarian chain - just a couple of minutes walking at El Campanario.
The 2 German volunteers, Tobi and Malin, had a sharing roster with the duties to keep the house clean and tidy anytime.
I liked the bed curtains that provide a bit more privacy and the full equipped kitchen to cook.
The pool is great to refresh yourself for a while.
I had the chance to meet David, who is the house owner, and the surf instructors, like Lluis and Jules who taught me to surf by €45 lesson.
The volunteers were running free activities for guests so I could enjoy during my stay a trip to the volcanos, sand surf in the Dunes of Corralejo, a volleyball match but I missed the bbq as it was the day I left.
If I'm back in Autumn, I'll be in touch.

Th hostel has a nice vibe and the staff organizes activities for the guests which is great.
However, there is no reception, the hostel is not easy to find and infos are not easy to understand in the emails sent. The room I got was a mess, super tiny, no curtains, objects and clothes all over, no lockers. Cleaning in the bathroom was ok but missing in the room. For the price paid not a great service
