Great location. Nice apartment.
Public areas shabby. The carpet around the lift area was very shabby indeed!
Plug hole in ensuite shower did not drain properly.
Lounge area nice but sofas uncomfotable.

Property was clean and I particularly like the towels and washing machine which came with a dryer. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location wise very convenient. There is a halal restaurant and supermarket nearby as well as an atm machine if you need to withdraw cash. Communication was good making the check-in & checkout process easy.
There were cracks at the window, a mirror and a glass in the kitchen. By right it should have been replaced as it was mentioned by others in previous reviews. There was difficulty to close 1 of the windows.

Location was good
A few broken things, glass door on wardrobe shattered, kitchen cupboards, not throughly cleaned hairs and finger marks in en suite property was “tired” needs attention
