I liked the way staff handled us right from the lady at the gate to waitress and reception team, I liked how calm the environment was and how comfortable the rooms were

Appartamento grande e molto accogliente e pulito.
Personale ottimo e disponibile.

La posizione è un po' scomoda , se non si ha la macchina per spostarsi bisogna sempre affidarsi a taxi o Uber.
Qualche appendino negli armadi per appendere giacche o altro, in quanto gli armadi ne sono completamente privi .. ma è solo un dettaglio

Es muy amplio, tenía cocina, salon, baño y una gran habitación. Los sofás eran muy cómodos como la cama. El desayuno estaba muy completo y lo preparon pronto para nuestro safari. Está próximo al lago Naivasha

The facility was excellent
The rates indicated as my booking was confirmed was changed on arrival with an increment. This was a disappoinment
