The hotel is located in a very convenient area, which made getting around quite easy. The staff were exceptionally kind, respectful, and responsive to our requests — something I truly appreciated during our stay.
I appreciated my stay over the weekend, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The rooms were quite cold, and unfortunately, our shower didn’t have hot water, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the balcony gardens seemed neglected — the grass was dry, and the plants looked like they needed more care. A little attention to the outdoor spaces would really enhance the overall atmosphere of the hotel. With a few adjustments, this place has the potential to offer a much warmer and more welcoming experience.
