Great location. Spacious. Stocked with the basics including a high chair and play pen. Amazing master bath for a family with smaller kids. Great pool and added luxury with the hot tub.

- The house was very nice and clean - There was alot of space inside, multiple bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the main level with very large bathroom (the shower is wonderful!) and a additional bathroom for the house. - The kitchen was nice and clean as well as the living room, the kitchen did have some good appliances to use. They also provided cook war and silver ware. - They also provided towels for the pool and hot tub and towels, Hand towels and wash wraps in the bathrooms - They have a washing machine and dryer for use as well, the provided soap pod and dryer sheets - They provide dish soap and dish washer pod and a new scrubby. - They provide a few seasonings and a grill! - They provided a vacuum and a mop too. - The additional activities downstairs was exciting there was a theater room, Game room and pool room. there was an extra bathroom down there as well which was nice since there is a pool down there - The pool room was very cool looking and very clean same with the pool. They do have weekly maintenance on the pools which was nice too! -There is a small private back area where the hot tub is, you can potty pets out that way. - Hot tub was very clean and warm -You do have a private parking spot and somewhere to take your trash. - Amazing look of the whole cabin, it was very pretty! - Host are wonderful! Very kind and caring, they checked up on how our stay was going, mid stay. They also let you know when pool maintenance will be coming, and they also offer free activities with your stay!

- The drive way down to the cabins is really steep, I could imagine if there was any snow or ice it would be difficult going up and down it. - They do have construction going on at the other cabins around this cabin so it was a bit noisy on weekdays. - if you are looking for something away from others, this isn't the choice. The cabin is very close to multiple other cabins. - there are stairs as soon as you come in so heavy luggage or someone whoever doesn't do stairs well this is not ideal. - pool was a very big selling point for us but pool room does NOT heat up so it was pretty cold and not enjoyable, I could imagine its alot warming in the summer time. - in the pictures, it shows 3 arcade games but there was only two. - theater room was a bit small, the people in the back cant recline their chairs and their legs get smooshed by the ones in front. - there is no floats provided for the pool other than a child's life jacket. - there was no kitchen towels or cleaner(for counter tops) provided and only 1 set of paper towels provided. - Fridge door has fallen downwards so it is not sealed correctly (I think this was from people before us not builders.. looks like a kid had hung from the handle on the door same with the dresser in the master bed room) - decks were nice but there was no privacy, one deck faced the house across the way and the other one was pretty much line up with the house next to it. - hot tub was very clean and warm but the pathway to it was not, it was very rocky and covered in leaves. There is also no place to put anything out there while you are in the hot tub, plus there is no light facing toward the hot tub or back area. - the hill that was cut out next to the house and hot tub dropped rocks constantly, I would not have any children play out there in the back.

Location of the property is very close to some shops and gas station, it is also close to Pigeon Forge, Place is amazing, we loved the pool and the movie theater room, rooms were very clean and nice.
