清潔で快適。部屋も静かでスタッフも親切でした。
朝食の時間が思うように使用できませんでした。限られたスタッフでの運営上この手のホテルでは期待するほうが良くないのかもしれませんが。

1人では贅沢なほどのベッドで過ごせました。
神戸の主要道路に面しているので朝は車の通る音がうるさくそこそこ早い時間から寝れませんでした。
スタッフが終始めんどくさそうに対応されていました。
領収書を用意してほしいと伝えたところ、「普段ならbookingコムの方から領収書出してもらうんですよ？」と不満を述べられ、「あ、そうなんですね。まずかったですか？」と質問したところ「普通はbookingコムから領収書出してもらうんですよ？」同じことを２回言われたのと、私はホテルを利用したらホテルから領収書をいただいてたので今回もそうだと思い込んでいたので、間違いだったのかと気づき、「では領収書はbookingコムから出してもらいますね」と、伝えたところ「大丈夫です。今回は出せと言われてますので。」と、提案を一蹴。
用意してるのであれば、なぜ普通は普通はと注意を受けたのか？辞退を申し入れたら対応できるので大丈夫です。とはなんなのか？
ホテルに要望を入れる欄に領収書くださいと入れただけでこんなに気分の悪い体験ができるのだなと驚きました。

The mattress was good as were the amenities. Bathroom fixtures were high quality.
The description did not indicate that it is a love hotel. I thought from the description that it was a small hotel, lower price because it is somewhat distant from the center of Kobe. The room itself was quite nice; better than typical Japanese business hotels, but you can't really tell your family or business contacts that's where you are staying.
