Que está al lado del mar y es un pueblo muy tranquilo, rodeado de mar y puertos
El apartamento no estaba en las condiciones esperadas para una estancia de este precio.
El check-in estaba establecido a partir de las 16:00, mientras que el check-out debía realizarse antes de las 10:00. Además, tanto la recogida como la entrega de las llaves tenían que hacerse en el pueblo de al lado. Cuando comenté a Marina, la chica de la inmobiliaria, que no me parecía normal tener que dejar el apartamento tan temprano y no poder entrar hasta las 16:00, me explicó que ese horario era necesario para que les diera tiempo a limpiar y preparar el apartamento.
Sin embargo, cuando llegamos, el apartamento estaba sucio no había material para limpiar ni una escoba para barrer y nos encontramos incluso bolsas con ropa sucia de los anteriores inquilinos. Resulta especialmente decepcionante que se nos impusiera un horario tan restrictivo precisamente con el argumento de disponer de tiempo suficiente para realizar la limpieza y, aun así, el alojamiento no estuviera correctamente limpio y preparado a nuestra llegada.
Además, había un olor muy desagradable procedente de las tuberías y bajantes. Al tratarse de un bajo, se percibían los olores de los bajantes de todo el edificio, hasta el punto de que teníamos que mantener las puertas de los baños cerradas constantemente para intentar evitar que el olor se extendiera por el apartamento.
También encontramos numerosos problemas de mantenimiento y equipamiento:
No había luz en la habitación ni en la terraza.
La iluminación general era insuficiente y poco práctica.
La distribución del espacio, especialmente en la terraza, era muy poco funcional. Había una mesa para seis personas que ocupaba prácticamente toda la terraza, algo poco lógico para un apartamento destinado a dos o tres personas.
Había muy poco menaje y material de cocina, faltando elementos básicos para poder cocinar y utilizar la cocina con normalidad.
La cafetera no funcionaba correctamente: al preparar café, el café se salía y terminaba fuera.
