Horrible! I do not recommend staying here to anyone.

Location

I would NEVER recommend this place for ANYONE! My stay was absolutely horrible! The day I arrived the AC was not working so I reached out to the host multiple times but they NEVER responded. We did not have AC throughout our ENTIRE STAY and the place is REALLY SMALL with VERY LITTLE VENTILATION therefore it was hot the entire time! This was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE which prevented us from sleeping! We only had a fan to save us & had to leave the small windows open which brought in ALOT of mosquitoes! The place also had a bad moldy smell when you walk in, especially the bathroom below the sink, which continued throughout our stay. There was also a dirty mop hanging inside the closet which contributed to the nasty smell. The bedding was not properly cleaned and had light stain marks on them. Check in is at 4pm and you would think that this would be enough time to make sure the place is very clean and everything is working BUT NO! There were no pillow cases when we got there. Then someone knocked on the door about mins to 6pm to bring them. No hand soap in the bathroom. Thank God we brought our own soap to shower. I also would not recommend staying here if you’re not a morning person because the church bells will for sure wake you up by 6am and keep ringing at multiple times. The host sent me check out information the morning of check out that was supposed to be sent the night before because it has all the charges you will encounter at check out if you don’t do what’s stated. Which almost cost me additional charges for garbage disposal which I didn’t know until seeing the message 2 hours before check out. They completely ignored the AC messages prior. This host only communicates prior to arrival. I was VERY disgusted and disappointed with my stay and again, would NEVER recommend this place to no one!

overall great cleanliness and general comfort. an excellent experience.

The property location is excellent, close to the Savanne, major shopping and ferry and bus transport. It is a secure apartment with wifi, simple kitchen and bathroom facilities, with reliable a/c in excellent condition.

The double bed was comfortable but too soft and difficult to use; almost like a water bed! Be sure to ask about late checkout when booking as we had to wait till 4pm arriving at 11am, to enter the property.

The location

No communication, no proper towel or hand soap, and smells very bad, mouldy smell.

Convenient stay for short term visit to fort de france

Location was great, while small it was cozy and enough space for our short stay. It kitchen was well stocked and the over setup was good.

The shower was a bit too small and the drain had a bad odor which filled the apartment. The bed was too soft but I guess that is personal preference.

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville. La rue calme. La possibilité de se garer dans la rue.

Le ménage. Ai retrouvé de longs cheveux noirs partout sur le sol, sous les fenêtres, dans tiroirs sales de salle de bain, sur la housse du matelas, de vieux cotons tiges dans le placard, des rideaux sales trop longs qui traînent par terre.

L'emplacement et la situation géographique

Les escaliers de la mort, nulle part il est précisé qu'il y a deux escaliers raide (pour une personne handicapé ou même âgés déconseillé) , le lit est inconfortable, les fenêtres son inexistant, hôte raidin, car pour deux personnes séjournent quinze jours, il donne deux mini rouleaux de toilettes insuffisant
