L'emplacement près du métro, endroit pas trop bruyant. Supermarché juste en sortie du métro.
Manque d'une climatisation dans le salon. Le sous sol un peu humide. Difficile d'accéder aux fenêtres ( je mesure 1,83m). La tv pas osé l'allumer car grosse ligne de pixels en la branchant.

Posizione comodissima, a due passi dalla metro.
Le scale per spostarsi dal piano terra al seminterrato sono sprovviste di idonea protezione. Vi è solo un parapetto di circa 30 cm. che non protegge in caso di cadute accidentali.

La comodidad de las camas. Amabilidad y rapidez en la respuesta del anfitrión.
No hay aire acondicionado en el salón. Vajilla desigual: No hay 2 platos ni vasos iguales, vasos de distintos tamaños… La puerta del baño no se cierra. La nevera muy pequeña. Apartamento para 4 personas pero no pueden compartir mesa porque hay 2 banquetas y 2 sillas y las mesas son pequeñas. Bichos en el baño. Una planta baja y sótano sin ventilación. Se acumula muchísimo calor y en el salón no hay aire acondicionado. Agobiante!! Se estaba mejor en la calle a 37 grados que dentro del apartamento. El desayuno italiano consiste en bollería industrial. Poca luz en general, sobre todo en la zona de cocina. No se ve lo que cocinas. La TV está rota, tiene una raya que divide la pantalla.
