Appartment on a beautiful location near the beach (Plaça Pati de Vela, Badalona). Located near restaurants, supermarkets and a metro station. A perfect location if you want to combine a visit to Barcelona with nice walks on the beach during the evening. The appartment is very spacious and offers all facilities you need for a short or longer stay. The balcony offers a nice view at the sea. Some minor upkeep to the appartment is recommended but all the important things were working as expected. This really is a great location to stay.

The stay was great and in a good location. It’s in an apartment complex and they keys are given digitally which work great. It’s right by the beach, supermarket is 2 mins away along with train and metro stations being a 15 min walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in this area however on Sundays most are closed. The AC in the property works amazing and the beds were actually very comfy. The kitchen had a lot of appliances and they put goody bags in the bathrooms/kitchen and bedrooms. Communication was great, we had a problem with the sink and with one call the plumber came and fixed it.

The house was great, close to the beach, nice pool etc. Also very easy to go to Barcelona with the metro, with some grocery stores and bars also near by.
But seriously, for a house meant for six people, the kitchen left a lot to be desired.
Tried to cook for six, but the frying pan was the smallest one you can even get from any store...there was also basically no spices in the kitchen. C'mon guys :D
Upon arrival we saw the lock from the back door was busted. They promised to fix it first thing in the morning, but no one came...
But all in all, a good place to stay if you want to get away from the hectic pace of central Barcelona.
Would definately stay here again.
