Domus Ferruccio

The location was excellent - close to the main train station, quiet neighbourhood, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff provided excellent customer service, prompt communication and helpful advice. Having access to kitchen facilities was especially helpful to avoid having to eat out all the time.

The location was excellent- very close to the train station. David was very helpful. He checked with us (using WhatsApp) as to when we were reaching the location and met us there just as we arrived. He gave us a bunch of helpful tips & recommendations - like nearby cafes, pizza places, etc. The room was clean but small. The shared kitchenette was very useful There was a cappuccino machine, an induction stove, utensils, fridge but no microwave. There was even a washing machine but to we had to hang the clothes out on the roof to dry (they provided rack). The one thing to watch out for is that he wanted the city tax paid by cash (USD or Euros). so if we didn't have that handy, I am not sure what we would have done. On the whole, a very good experience.

Even that I miss understood that I was renting a room my experience was amazing. David made sure that we felt at home. It was a great location close to everything! Also super close to the public transportation and that’s awesome.

Staff- the receptionist was hesitant to accommodate when asked to help with the pull out bed. He said he doesn’t even help his wife at home, then yelled at me for asking what he meant by that. Room was extremely small and the shared kitchen was tiny . The location was walkable and there were good food options nearby
