This property was exactly what we needed. We came from Delaware to ge a way before Christmas and

Surpassed expectations - loved the dock and sunsets were spectacular.

Upon arrival the trash had not been removed from the exterior trash cans and smelled horrible. Texted the guest contact who advised someone would be by the next day to handle and they were. The next day we were all out in the dock until it was dark. When we went to go back in the house there was sewage in the yard and we stepped in it! Texted the guest contact again and they said they just had the septic pumped but she would have the company come out the next day to see what was going on. They did but they left the equipment there another day before picking up. Despite these few bumps, we had a wonderful time! We paddle boarded, fished, crabbed, and enjoyed the private beach. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 8.

The house was very clean ,the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed we enjoyed catching crabs my husband was disappointed he didnt catch any fish but the sunsets were spectacular
