Dust off your morning with the scent of desert air and the promise of a sun-drenched day - coffee in hand, the backyard already calling. This La Quinta home is built for groups who want equal parts adventure and ease, with the Coachella Valley unfolding just beyond the door.


Living spaces
The single-story layout keeps everyone connected without ever feeling crowded. Anchor your evenings around the 75` TV with surround sound, sinking into a large wraparound sectional that`s made for long movie nights and easy conversation. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans maintain a comfortable interior throughout the day, and when the need to work arises, high-speed WiFi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common space have you covered.


Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests across five beds. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed, a 65` Smart TV, and an oversized en-suite with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, a 55` Smart TV, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 3 features two Double beds and a 55` Smart TV with a private bathroom attached. Bedroom 4 rounds out the layout with a Full size bed and a 65` Smart TV. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout.


Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for everything from quick morning meals to full group dinners - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and all the cooking basics. Bar seating for six and a separate dining table for eight make sure no one`s left standing. A Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils round out the setup for easy entertaining inside or out.


Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is where this home truly earns its keep. Spend long desert afternoons in the private outdoor pool - available all year, open 24 hours, and heated to 88°F for $50 per day from October through May (during summer months the pool naturally sits between 85-95°F). Wind down in the private hot tub - also available all year and open 24 hours - or gather around the fire pit as the stars fill the desert sky. A gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and outdoor furniture make alfresco evenings simple and enjoyable. The seamless flow from living area to backyard keeps the energy moving between indoors and out.


Amenities & convenience
A free in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and essentials take care of the practical side of longer stays - long-term stays are welcome here. Self check-in via keypad means a smooth, flexible arrival. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit, along with exterior security cameras at the front door and above the garage. A Pack `n Play/travel crib is available upon request, and free driveway parking for up to four vehicles is on-site.


Location
Positioned in La Quinta, the home sits close to the Empire Polo Fields, Desert International Horse Park, and a wide spread of golf courses. Local shopping and dining are within easy reach, and convenient highway access puts Palm Springs and the broader Coachella Valley well within range for day trips or evening outings.



Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - there is no extra fee if we can accommodate your request.

The home uses keyless entry - a unique code is issued per reservation for added security, and changes with every stay.

End-of-stay cleaning is included. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee.

Please note: the HOA has noise limit requirements in place. Bringing your own Bluetooth speaker is welcome - just be mindful of the neighbors.

We recommend against shipping packages directly to the home, as we are unable to accept responsibility for deliveries.

Pet policy: no cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs may be considered at an additional fee.
Please carefully review all Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket)

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
