Welcome to Riverbend Retreat, Relax with awesome views of the Black River from the deck or living room. The yard slopes down to the river wall for shore fishing and sitting next to the river. Location is super convenient on a quiet street off Route 3, five minutes from Watertown and five minutes from Fort Drum. The Black River Drive-In and Black River trail access is down Rt 3. The kitchen has all the dishes and cookware that you would need along with a dishwasher. The primary bedroom is a queen with ensuite bathroom and cider closet. The second bedroom is a queen with Bathroom across the hall. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the Livingroom along with a gas fireplace and TV. Downstairs you will find a large sectional coach with 65-inch TV and gas fireplace. There is also access to a enclosed porch and door leading to the river. There is also a full size washer dryer downstairs as well. Situated between Watertown and Fort Drum, this home makes the perfect place relax and enjoy time with friends and family. There is a detach garage for two cars as well as parking in front. easy access to local shopping and restaurants. keyless entry will give you easy access and will be customized for you. Just say yes! This home was everything we hoped for—cozy, well-designed, and full of thoughtful touches. Each level had its own heating controls (even the upstairs bathroom!), and the variety of comfy seating. We loved how private it felt, with no neighbors in sight on one side and plenty of fresh air through clean, screened windows.The basement was a standout: remote-controlled fireplace, dimmable lights, a bar area, a three-season room—and we even spotted an otter in the river from it! The whole house is clearly cared for, down to the fluffy towels, soft throw blankets, and perfect pillows. My husband is still talking about the heated toilet seat.The host was warm and responsive. back!
