Perfectly positioned for my tasks at Verona Fiere, good restaurants nearby, safe parking. Quiet location, yet easy to reach motorway and downtown Verona.

Booking contact ONLY possible by WHATSAPP!!! "Non Whatsapp users" have no way to enter the apartment! I just had luck that cleaning staff was present!

Horrible, extrem dirty, i think no cleaning since last year

Self check in was ok, location also ok

Extrem dirty. There was no cleaning done at the accommodation before our arrival. There was trash from the previous guests in the bathroom, urine stains on the toilet, thick mold in the shower, and the pillowcase was stained. The entire room was dirty and smelled bad. I also informed the host that same evening, but they claimed that what was in the bathroom was not mold. Technically treated me like an idiot. I have attached photos.

A great base and a good price

It’s a lot of space for the price, in a nice residential neighbourhood with good transport links. 20 minute walk to the train station. Easy to check in and responsive host on WhatsApp.

Minimal kitchen, no hob or basic kitchen items.

Independencia al entrar y salir, comunicación de autobuses y el baño

La limpieza no nos gustó, había polvo y un insecto aplastado en la pared. Al inicio hubo muy buena atención y comunicación, pero una vez dentro no atendieron ninguno de nuestros mensajes. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien y si empujabas fuerte se abría con facilidad lo que nos generaba una sensación de inseguridad al irnos del lugar.
