Está muy cercano al centro. Tiene estacionamiento. Nos dieron planta baja, facilitando el movimiento de un adulto mayor. Tiene aire acondicionado. Tiene una mini tienda
Se escuchan mucho los ruidos externos al hotel, de autos y camiones. No tiene armario. El colchón es muy blando. No incluyeron cobijas en la habitación, pero facilitaron a solicitud.

Has a big internal parking lot with a roof for several spots.
Has a good spot in Merida, everything was in a walking distance.
The cats.
The worst thing was the lack of hot water.
The bed was a bit too soft for us but thats a personal thing.

La ubicación y que tenga parking dentro de las instalaciones. El personal es amable y profesional.
La habitación era diminuta. Especialmente el baño, era imposible sentarse en el inodoro y se inundaba todo si te duchabas. Por suerte estuvimos una noche pero preferimos no utilizar el baño. La relación calidad precio comparada con otros alojamientos es MALA.
