Uncomfortable, not worth the money and very disappointing

This property was in a good location, near cafes and Queen Victoria Market

It was advertised for 8 adults however only enough suitable beds for 6. The main door did not lock and there was only 1 key for 8 of us. It was filthy dirty underneath the couch where we had to put a mattress. It was cleaned while we were not there and without our authorisation and very poorly. The fold out mattress was advertised as a futon which is very different. The sheets were clean but the quilts for the mattress were not, also not enough suitable pillows to go round.
