The apartment room gave a homely feel. You could open windows like at home . Clean and nice room . Bathroom amenities good enough .Appreciate the eco concious approach of using only reusable glass RO water bottles when a lot of other hotels use PET bottles which is hard on environment even though recyclable. Staff were polite and nice . Food was also done in a more homely manner and of good quality.
The food prices seemed a bit expensive when considering one person ordering a dish . Also room service of even simple chai seemed very expensive

Breakfast is okay. For lunch, the options are bit limited.
Proactiveness in lunch service (room service ordering) needs improvement. We ordered lunch from the room, and the delivery was significantly delayed, with limited follow-up or initiative from the staff. We believe better coordination among the attendants would help ensure more timely and efficient service.
