Struttura molto bella in centro a Matera, in zona ben servita e facilmente raggiungibile anche con l’auto, parcheggi gratuiti poco distanti. Accogliente, pulita, davvero niente da dire. Ci tornerei !

Roberto el mejor recepcionista! El departamento perfecto

The location is great - very close to the town center. The apartment's attic location ensures that there's barely any noise coming from the street, which is great.
We had difficulty communicating with the host, as he didn’t speak ANY English at all, and we struggled to find a way to communicate effectively. Given that the apartment is in a popular tourist area, it would help if the host would use a translation app or have some basic English available.
The double room photos show a kitchen, but it was very poorly equipped, and barely functional. Some of the equipment wasn’t very clean, and most of the items were disposable or single-use, so we couldn’t prepare any kind of meal.
During the day we heard a lot of noise and music from the room next door, but we were in luck that it stopped at night.
